Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Psychological Therapist Coordinator. The coordinator will oversee therapy schedules, manage therapist assignments, and ensure clients receive timely and effective mental health support. Key responsibilities include assisting with the development of therapy programs, managing client communications, collaborating with therapists for ongoing care plans, and monitoring service quality to uphold best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage therapy sessions and client schedules effectively
- Excellent communication (ENGLISH AND HINDU SPOKEN MUST) and interpersonal skills for client interactions and collaboration with therapists
- Background in mental health practices and understanding of psychological therapy concepts
- Ability to analyze data, assess care plans, and ensure service quality
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote collaboration
- Capacity to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related fields
- Experience in mental health coordination or administration is a plus
