Principal Architect (Partnership Opportunity)

We're looking for a Principal Architect who can lead with clarity, vision, and integrity as someone who sees architecture as a sacred art as much as a profession. You will head our design direction, mentor younger architects, and work directly with the CEO to structure and scale Psy-Arch. You'll be joining a firm poised for national recognition and invited to grow with us as a partner. Responsibilities: Lead design for residential, commercial, and sacred architecture projects Translate client needs into inspiring, buildable solutions Guide the studio's design language, detailing standards, and creative workflow Mentor junior architects and collaborate with engineers and visualizers Oversee design quality, timelines, and client communication Help launch new design verticals and shape firm-wide strategy Who You Are: B.Arch with 5–15 years of experience (M.Arch preferred) Strong design portfolio and experience leading projects independently Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization tools Passionate about soulful, context-driven architecture Ready to lead teams, manage clients, and co-build a purposeful practice Why Join Us: Lead as Principal Architect with path to partnership Work closely with a visionary CEO and creative leadership Shape culturally rooted, spiritually inspired projects Join a firm where creativity meets meaning and growth has a soul
