RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
• Handling Regional Distributors in assigned region.
• Build and Nurture relationships with IFA Channel
• Driving the distributors to sell products
• Ensure service/ operational issues are solved and meet high service standards
• Complete adherence to processes and compliance requirements KNOWLEDGE
• Knowledge & understanding of Mutual Fund Industry
• Experience in managing Institutional Sales, Retail, Banking and Distribution
• Knowledge of all Mutual Fund compliances
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Perseverance, high on intrinsic motivation and driven by targets
• Self-starter and possess good verbal and written communication skills, be customer focused and able to co-ordinate
between disparate groups
• Displays ability to think out of the box. Solution provider.
