About the role
The Manager will oversee the entire Audio-Video Editorial Team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, aligned with institutional goals, and meet quality standards. Plan, assign, and supervise AV projects, ensuring timely delivery and develop and implement strategies for enhancing video content quality and reach. Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to understand content needs and maintain budgets for equipment, software, and production resources. Ensure compliance with copyright laws and institutional policies. Lead team meetings, delegate tasks, monitor project progress and provide training, skill development opportunities for team members, the project outcomes and team activities report to the institution's leadership.
