We are seeking compassionate and reliable <strong>Home Care Aides (HCAs)</strong> who take pride in caring for others.<br><br>

<strong>Position Summary</strong><br>As a Home Care Aide, you will provide non-medical, in-home assistance to clients, helping them maintain dignity and quality of life. You’ll work one-on-one with clients in the Torrance area, building meaningful relationships while providing essential care and support.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Provide mobility support and assist with transfers<br><br>
</li>
<li>Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping<br><br>
</li>
<li>Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support<br><br>
</li>
<li>Remind clients to take medications as directed<br><br>
</li>
<li>Report changes in condition or safety concerns to supervisor<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Active <strong>California HCA registration</strong> (required)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Current <strong>TB test</strong> and <strong>CPR certification<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance<br><br>
</li>
<li>Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required<br><br>
</li>
<li>Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality<br><br>
