Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jhajjar for a PRT/TGT English Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging English lessons, preparing effective lesson plans, assessing student performance, and fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. They will also contribute to curriculum development, encourage student participation, and maintain clear communication with parents and staff to ensure holistic learning for students.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in English Teaching, Lesson Planning, and the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Proficiency in Education and Teaching practices, with an understanding of modern pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. certification is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience, especially in English language and literature, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology would be beneficial.
