Role Overview

Heritage Xperiential Learning School is seeking passionate and dedicated PRT (Primary Teachers) and TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers) to join its Noida campus. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned instruction to primary or middle school students while creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Teachers will play a key role in facilitating meaningful learning experiences, monitoring student progress, and contributing to the school’s holistic education philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
• Assess student performance through regular evaluations, assignments, and feedback.
• Support students' academic, emotional, and social development.
• Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning tools.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in curriculum planning and school initiatives.
• Contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Ensure effective classroom management and discipline.

Required Qualifications

• Subject expertise relevant to the teaching role (PRT/TGT).
• Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional delivery.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to innovative and student-focused teaching approaches.
• Familiarity with technology-integrated teaching practices.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or the relevant subject area.
• Formal teaching certification (B.Ed. or equivalent) preferred.
• Prior teaching experience at the primary or middle school level is an advantage.
