Junior Studio Designer

We are on the lookout for new talent to join our team of senior, seasoned specialists. We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates high proficiency in 3D rendering, with an understanding of interior design principles that enable the creation of inviting, visually pleasing gaming spaces (both digital and physical). While extensive experience is not required, a good sense of taste and sufficient technical knowledge are essential. Anything you may be missing, your senior colleagues will help you develop.

Responsibilities:

• Critical: Produce high quality 3D models and renders.

• Create studio design stages from initial concept to final product.

• Develop design concepts according to client’s specifications.

• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

• Present created designs & concepts to various teams and stakeholders

• Prepare design files for print and production.

• Complete projects by coordinating with internal teams, outside agencies, production & suppliers.

• Create new game concepts with focus on industry leading experience creation.

• Present game concept to teams and stakeholders

• Own a design aspect of the project from the start to delivery stage.

• Coordinate with other departments to make design concept become reality.

• Optional, but beneficial: ability to create studio interior design specifications.

Qualifications:

• Some provable experience in interior, stage or similar profile of design work

• Knowledge of software - 3dsmax, AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc

• Experience in Illustration, Animation, or related field will be considered as an advantage.

• Adobe - After effects, Premiere will be considered as an advantage.

• Positive attitude, good communication skills and a great team-player attitude as well as ability to work independently.

• Advanced English, both written and verbal.

• Creativity, problem solving passion and attention to detail.

• Good self-organization skills
