About the role
Proxify is hiring a Senior Flutter Developer based in the EMEA region to join our fast-growing team. As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will play a key role in building and scaling our flagship mobile applications, contributing to our cloud infrastructure, and helping to shape the technical direction of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of building high-quality, scalable Flutter applications
- Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise
- Contribute to architectural discussions and make informed decisions that impact the technical direction of the company
- Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and champion best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, and introduce new technologies and techniques to the team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter
- Proficient in Dart and understanding of the Flutter framework and ecosystem
- Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC)
- Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, testing, and deployment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for building high-quality, user-centric mobile applications
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus
- Experience with other mobile technologies (e.g., iOS, Android) is a plus
