Hiring for Provisioning Officer – Provisioning (BPO Telecom| UK Telecom| Australian Telecom)
📍 Location: Remote
🕒 Shift Timing: 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
💼 Experience: Minimum 3 Years
💰 CTC: ₹3.6 – ₹5 LPA
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 7 Days Preferred

📍About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Provisioning Officer to manage the onboarding and provisioning lifecycle for telecom customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecommunications service delivery, customer relationship management, and order provisioning, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initiation to completion.
📍Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Service Management, Provisioning, or a similar role.
- Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing Service Delivery or Service Management role.
- Strong understanding of telecom provisioning and service implementation processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience in process improvement, reviews, and implementation of new processes.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
📍Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of telecommunications regulations and service delivery frameworks.
- Knowledge of NBN, IP Voice, Mobile, and Internet-based telecom solutions.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Telecommunications or a related discipline is an advantage.
