Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Head / Provider Head to oversee the quality and performance of our network of psychologists and therapists. The role involves monitoring provider-client interactions, managing onsite providers, interviewing and onboarding new providers, and supporting provider onboarding for insurance networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review provider-client interactions to ensure quality of care and adherence to clinical standards.
- Supervise and manage onsite and remote psychologists/therapists across different locations.
- Conduct interviews and evaluations to recruit and onboard qualified providers.
- Manage provider onboarding for insurance partnerships and networks.
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, ethical standards, and service protocols.
- Provide training, feedback, and support to therapists and mental health providers.
- Coordinate with operations, customer success, and insurance teams for smooth service delivery.
- Track provider performance and maintain clinical quality metrics.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and supervision experience
- Experience managing therapists, psychologists, or mental health providers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of clinical quality assurance and compliance
- Experience with provider onboarding and credentialing is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with digital health platforms, hospitals, or wellness organizations
- Exposure to insurance provider networks and mental health programs
