Providence Health Plan is calling a Digital Marketing Analyst who will: Be responsible for leading and supporting analytics processes for health plan products (core insurance and digital) and marketing programsLead and support a holistic analytics strategy on behalf of health plan products and marketing programs to be able to track, measure, report and pivot based on analytics resultsPartner with marketing colleagues in your department to align with overall business strategyClosely align with the Providence Health Plan IS, Data Analytics, and vendor partners as needed to execute on analytics needs Providence Health Plan welcomes 100% remote work for applicants who reside in the following States: OregonWashingtonCalifornia Please Note The Following Important Detail Regarding This Role This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Portland, Oregon Key Functions Include Maintain the web analytics reporting environment to keep the data clean while simultaneously working to grow platform capabilitiesMeet with marketing teammates to create analytics requirements for mobile or web products and work with technical resources to make sure those requirements are metEngage with business partners to identify and shape central business questions that need to be answered by data analysisCreate and curate key customer segments, dashboards, and reports to make sure that citizen analysts across the business are looking at their data in the right wayBe a key voice and driver in the implementation and integration of new marketing stack technologiesDevelop processes to automate and scale insights operationalization wherever possible. Help democratize data and insights by providing training and empowering citizen analystsIn advance of large marketing campaigns help the marketing team set KPIs and success metrics, then write analytics requirements to ensure that data is collectedPerform online campaign reporting and conversion analyses, interpret results and develop recommendations for clients and internal team membersGlean actionable insights to campaign optimization and maintain global KPIs and benchmarks for digital marketing campaignsPackage and present analytical findings and communicate (both written and verbal) complex concepts to internal stakeholders and partnersManage tag management and analytics platforms and governance Required Qualifications For This Position Include Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience7+ years of analytics experience with an emphasis on web and mobile products2+ years of web and/or marketing management experienceExperience with web analytics platforms such as: Amplitude, Google Analytics Premium and/or Adobe AnalyticsExperience with tag management tools such as: Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Ensighten etc.Demonstrated experience with visual storytelling, dashboarding, and reportingData mining and/or dashboarding experienceExperience in data governance for web and mobile analyticsExperience with statistical tools such as R or SAS, and query tools such as SQLExperience supporting A/B/M testing, personalization, and programmatic teams/functions Why Join Providence Health Plan?
