Job Description:

• Experience on network monitoring and trouble shooting
• System monitoring
• Will work closely with various technical stakeholders distributed across global locations (primarily US)
• Report incidents as per their SOP and troubleshoot issues within the defined scope and meet defined SLA

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good personality
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Good knowledge on routers, switches etc
• Having Good Knowledge on Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server
• Preferred CCNA/ CCNP certified
• Ability to learn and adapt different tools
