Join Proton and build a better internet where privacy is the default
Proton is one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech scale-ups, trusted by more than 200 million users worldwide. Proton Mail, the world's largest encrypted email service, was launched in 2014 by scientists who met at CERN. Today, Proton offers a suite of privacy-focused tools, including Proton VPN (a no-logs, open-source VPN), Proton Drive (encrypted cloud storage), and Proton Pass (secure password manager), among others. We've been featured in the New York Times, the Guardian, Der Spiegel, Le Monde, and more.
Our mission is to build a better internet by providing private, open-source, and user-friendly alternatives to Big Tech services. Proton is fully independent, profitable, and not backed by venture capital. We’re a global team of over 500 people from more than 50 nationalities, headquartered in Geneva, with offices in Zurich, London, Paris, Barcelona, Taipei, Skopje, Vilnius, and Prague.
As one of Europe’s most dynamic technology companies, we offer the opportunity to work on meaningful challenges that impact millions of people. Our goal isn’t just to build a successful business—we’re here to help shape a more open and equitable internet for everyone.
Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Growth Manager to help drive the expansion of our B2B VPN business. While Proton VPN is already one of the world’s leading VPN services, our B2B offering is still in an early growth phase. You’ll play a key role in shaping its trajectory—defining product positioning, pricing strategy, acquisition channels, and sales loops.
This is a hands-on, strategic role that calls for both analytical thinking and a strong sense of curiosity about technology. It’s also a high-visibility, cross-functional position—you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Data on a global scale.
