Where We Need You

The Business Performance Improvement solution is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing team within the Sourcing & Procurement practice.

What You Can Expect

The Senior Consultant coaches Interns, Consultants, and facilitates the successful completion of project work plan. Serving as both role model and trainer, the Senior Consultant demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency. The Senior Consultant learns to identify areas of risk and opportunities to improve efficiencies and drive cost reductions. Relationships with client personnel and professional associates strengthen as the ability to communicate, gain trust and network improves. At the direction of managers, the Senior Consultant may accept responsibility for decision-making, ranging from staffing and preparation of deliverables to application of methodologies.

• Knowledge of process improvement, business transformation and project management methodologies (such as Lean, Agile, Change Management etc.)

Your Educational And Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Computer Science or related field)
• 2+ years working in Consulting, Sourcing & Procurement, or Procurement Technology or related field, either in professional services or industry
• You possess sourcing and procurement expertise spanning across one or more of the following areas: Spend Analysis, Procurement Analytics (e.g., process mining, cycle time analysis), Procure-to-Pay.
• Implementation experience with one or more technologies that support key Source to pay functions: GEP, Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Basware, Oracle Procurement (Cloud), Workday Procurement/WSS, SAP S/4 HANA Procurement
• Experience in MSFT PowerApps, MSFT Power Automate, Power BI, Co-Pilot (or other Gen AI tool) a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Visio, Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional Certification such as Lean Six Sigma, Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$90,000.00 - $134,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$99,000.00 - $147,400.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
