Role Overview We're seeking a Data Analyst with Coding Skills to drive data-driven growth for our nutrition and telecom product sales, targeting the UK market from our Gurgaon office. This role requires someone who can analyze telesales progress, build automated systems, track KPIs, and create dashboards to support our high-energy team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, independent, and able to work with minimal training, using tools like Python or SQL to deliver actionable insights. The focus is on supporting our mission to connect with Indian and Pakistani students in the UK, ensuring our wellness and telecom offerings resonate through data-informed strategies. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Insights Analyze telesales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, call volumes, and customer acquisition costs. Provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies targeting the UK market. Coding & Automation Develop scripts in Python, SQL, or similar tools to automate data collection and reporting processes. Build and maintain automated systems for real-time telesales performance tracking. Integrate data from CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to streamline operations. Dashboard Development Create and maintain interactive dashboards (using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries) to visualize telesales and market data. Ensure dashboards are user-friendly for non-technical stakeholders to support decision-making. Collaboration Work closely with telesales and marketing teams to align data insights with business goals. Share findings with stakeholders to drive data-informed strategies for nutrition and telecom products. Process Optimization Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose solutions to enhance accuracy and speed. Support the implementation of standardized processes to ensure scalability.
