About the role

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to spearhead our business 
expansion in the Middle East region (Dubai/Abu Dhabi). The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of 
experience in enterprise sales within the Software IT or Cybersecurity industry, with a strong 
understanding of mobile security, fraud prevention, and cloud security solutions.
This role requires a strategic thinker and results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record
of developing and executing sales strategies, closing high-value deals, and establishing long-term 
relationships with key enterprise clients across banking, financial services, telecom, and government 
sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to 
drive revenue growth in the Middle East region.
• Enterprise Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with enterprise clients, especially 
in banking, financial services, telecom, and government sectors.
• Business Development: Build a strong sales pipeline through direct sales, channel 
partnerships, and networking.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key 
decision-makers (CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, Risk & Compliance Heads) to promote 
Protectt.ai cybersecurity solutions.
• Consultative Selling: Understand client security requirements and position 
Protectt.ai solutions effectively to address their challenges.
• Revenue Generation: Own and achieve regional sales targets through strategic 
account management and consultative selling.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry 
developments to enhance Protectt.ai positioning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Pre-Sales) 
to tailor solutions as per market needs.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and performance 
reports.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: 12+ years of enterprise sales experience in Software IT or Cybersecurity industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of mobile app security, fraud 
prevention, cloud security, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Regional Expertise: Prior experience working in the Middle East (Dubai/Abu Dhabi) 
market with a deep network in BFSI, Telecom, and Government sectors.
• Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales 
targets in a competitive enterprise sales environment.
• Client Engagement: Experience in engaging and negotiating with C-level executives 
(CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, Risk Heads, IT Security Teams, etc.).
• Sales Skills: Strong consultative sales, business development, and account 
management skills.
• Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field. MBA is 
a plus.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
