Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Ecosystem Management:
- Oversee and manage existing channel partner relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and channel partners, providing exceptional service and support.
- Ensure that the channel ecosystem remains efficient, effective, and responsive to market changes.
- Revenue Growth & Sales Review:
- Work with channel partners to drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and revenue tracking.
- Regularly conduct sales reviews with partners to assess performance, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of each channel and optimize performance.
- Pipeline Development & Management:
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with each channel partner, identifying potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners to implement lead generation strategies, ensuring consistent growth and a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
- Monitor the progression of sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversions.
- Collaboration & Joint Marketing Efforts:
- Plan and execute joint marketing activities, including webinars, events, and promotional campaigns, with key channel partners to increase brand visibility and awareness.
- Work with the marketing team and partners to create co-branded assets, campaigns, and content that promote joint value propositions.
- Leverage collaborative marketing initiatives to enhance relationships and drive channel partner engagement.
- Quarterly Goal Setting & Achievement:
- Collaborate with channel partners to establish clear and measurable quarterly goals aligned with overall business objectives.
- Monitor progress towards quarterly targets and ensure that all parties are aligned on milestones, deadlines, and success metrics.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward goals, highlighting challenges and opportunities.
- Partner Enablement & Training:
- Provide continuous training and support to channel partners to ensure they are fully equipped to sell and support the company’s products and services.
- Offer ongoing product and sales training to enable partners to effectively position solutions and achieve sales targets.
- Market and Competitor Insights:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments that may impact the channel ecosystem.
- Provide insights to the company and channel partners to optimize strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (7+ years) in channel management, partner relationship management, or sales management.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, and revenue generation through partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
