Role Description
🦷 Clinical Responsibilities
- Diagnose and plan comprehensive prosthodontic and implant treatments based on patient evaluation and radiographic analysis.
- Perform advanced procedures including crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures (complete & partial), and full-mouth rehabilitation.
- Carry out dental implant procedures such as implant placement, restoration, and follow-up care.
- Ensure accurate case documentation, treatment planning, and execution using digital dentistry tools (CAD/CAM, intraoral scanners).
- Manage complex restorative and esthetic cases with a multidisciplinary approach.
🧑⚕️ Patient Care & Experience
- Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction through effective communication and quality treatment outcomes.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and consent processes professionally.
- Ensure adherence to ethical practices and patient confidentiality.
🏥 Operational Responsibilities
- Follow standardized clinical protocols and guidelines as per corporate dental policies.
- Maintain proper documentation of patient records, case histories, and treatment progress in CRM/EMR systems.
- Ensure optimal utilization of dental equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with clinic managers and support staff for smooth clinic operations.
📊 Business & Revenue Contribution
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through effective case conversion and treatment planning.
- Upsell advanced prosthetic and implant solutions where clinically appropriate.
- Monitor case acceptance rates and improve conversion strategies.
- Contribute to overall clinic profitability and growth.
Qualifications
- MDS Prostho & Implantology
- Exp : 3+ years post MDS
