Product Engineer

Position: Product Engineer SDE II
● Mindset: Product-focused; expected to engage with Product Managers (PMs). Leads to deliver
end-to-end solutions.
Role Requirements:
● Experience: 3-5 years
● Focus Area: Backend Development (Exclusive)
● Technologies:
○ Java, Spring Boot (Preferred)
○ API Integration
○ SQL Database: Strong understanding with experience in database modeling
○ Architecture: Monolithic and 3rd Party API Integrations

Software Infrastructure Knowledge:
● Since there is no separate DevOps model, SDE II must have a basic understanding of
software infrastructure and DevOps concepts.
Interview Process:
1. DS & Algorithms
2. Low-Level Design (LLD) & Machine Coding
3. High-Level Design (HLD) & Hiring Manager Round
4. Founder & Hiring Manager Round (Culture Fitment)
Team Structure:
● Two Pods:
○ B2B Pod and B2C Pod with 1 Tech Lead each
○ Team Size: 12-13 (6 Backend, remaining Frontend engineers)
