Location: Ahmedabad, India (On-Site)
Shift: Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Target Markets: Canada, US, UK, Europe & Australia
TellentSynq is expanding and we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive international client acquisition for our AI-driven offshore staffing and recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire clients across US, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia
• Generate leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and AI-driven outreach tools
• Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and cold outreach to closing deals
• Build and manage pipeline through HubSpot CRM
• Pitch offshore staffing, recruitment support, and AI automation solutions
• Develop creative outbound strategies to reach decision-makers globally
• Track KPIs and continuously optimize outreach and sales performance
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales / Business Development (preferably staffing, recruitment, or RPO)
- Experience selling to international markets (US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia)
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools
- Familiarity with AI tools and sales automation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with a startup mindset
