</div><div>As a Sales Assistant, you’re a key part of the showroom vibe—the behind-the-scenes hero helping everything run smoothly and keeping our customers happy.<br><br>

<li>Be the friendly, go-to resource for members and clients in the showroom </li>
<li>Handle calls, emails, estimates, and sample checkouts like a pro </li>
<li>Process payments, manage orders, and keep schedules organized </li>

<li>Learn our products so you can confidently guide customers </li>
<li>Stay on top of details—updates, returns, problem-solving on the fly </li>

<strong>What You Bring<br></strong><br>

<li>High school diploma (or equivalent experience) </li>
<li>2+ years in sales or customer service (flooring/wholesale = bonus points!) </li>
<li>Confidence on the phone and strong communication skills </li>
<li>Ability to follow direction and stay organized in a busy environment </li>
<li>Basic math skills + comfort with numbers </li>
<li>Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office / 365 is a plus) </li>
