<strong>What You’ll Be Doing<br></strong><br>
</div><div>This role is based at our Tempe showroom, where you’ll:<br><br>

<li>Build strong, lasting relationships with current Trade Pro members and their clients </li>
<li>Hunt for new business—prospecting and cold calling to grow your territory </li>
<li>Get to know your customers’ businesses, goals, and projects so you can offer real solutions </li>
<li>Deliver an awesome, high-touch customer experience every time </li>
<li>Stay sharp on products, trends, and industry insights (we’ve got great training to help you) </li>
<li>Keep your pipeline organized and up-to-date in our CRM </li>
<li>Collaborate with an awesome showroom team </li>
<li>Bring the energy, stay motivated, and hit (or beat!) your goals </li>

<li>Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, and written) </li>
<li>A positive, can-do attitude </li>
<li>Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment </li>

<li>A natural relationship-builder with great people skills </li>

<strong>Experience in flooring or design sales is a plus—but not required.</strong> If you’ve got the drive, we’ll give you the tools and training to succeed.<br><br>
