YOUR MISSION Take full command of the Meta ad account and scale it. You'll be responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition across global markets, turning €700K/month in ad spend into predictable, compounding growth. With a high-output creative pipeline and a nimble team at your side, your role is to turn great assets into winning campaigns and push what's working to its limits. This is a full-time contractor role. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - Full ownership of Meta media buying, with the autonomy to run and scale campaigns - Remote-first setup aligned to European time zones - Join a high-performing, growth-focused team at a brand with serious traction - Opportunities to expand your skill set and influence as the brand explores new paid channels - Performance bonus tied to the success of your campaigns WHAT YOU'LL DO - Drive profitable acquisition by owning and scaling €700K+/month in Meta spend - Launch high-converting campaigns that generate measurable ROAS across global markets - Turn creative into performance, collaborating with a team delivering 70+ new assets weekly - Rapidly test and iterate targeting, bidding, placements, and creative angles to find scalable winners - Push performance by working with an Ad Operations specialist for execution while you focus on strategy and growth - Use data to guide decisions, pulling insights from Meta and third-party attribution tools to scale what works - Shape the creative roadmap by feeding performance data directly into bi-weekly sprint planning - Continuously optimize account structure to unlock more scale, efficiency, and margin WHO YOU ARE - Experienced: You've managed €500K+/month in Meta ad spend, ideally for performance-focused DTC brands - Strategic + Tactical: You can architect a high-performing account, but you're also in-platform daily, making optimizations and testing ideas - Data-Driven: You trust the numbers and know how to interpret data from multiple sources to guide decisions - Creative Collaborator: You know what great creative looks like and how to help teams make more of it - Self-Directed but Collaborative: You take initiative, but you're also a strong communicator and team player - Long-Term Oriented: You're looking for more than a freelance gig - you want to be part of something you can help build WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - 30 Days: You've audited the account, aligned with the creative pipeline, and are optimizing existing campaigns. - 60 Days: You're launching winning campaigns, steering creative testing, and hitting performance benchmarks. - 90 Days: You're scaling top performers, testing new structures and strategies, and driving measurable business impact.
