Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Propulsion Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Propulsion Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and testing propulsion systems, along with contributing to overall systems engineering and optimization efforts. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure innovative and efficient performance for aerospace vehicles. Key tasks include problem-solving, troubleshooting propulsion-related challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
Qualification and Skills
- Expertise in Propulsion and Propulsion Systems
- Proficiency in Systems Engineering and strong Analytical Skills
- Strong design and simulation capabilities
- Background in Aerospace Engineering or a related technical field
- Solid knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and mechanical engineering principles
- Experience with testing and analysis tools for propulsion systems
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related discipline
- Previous experience in the aerospace industry is an added advantage
