Proposal & Contracts Team, India: Work on U.S. Federal Bids with a Senior U.S. Leadership Team
Follow our page to see every new opening. We’re growing fast and hiring across proposals, contracts, technology, recruiting and operations, in India and the United States.
Build a global career in U.S. government contracting, from India.
The U.S. government spends hundreds of billions of dollars a year on services, and every contract starts with a proposal. We’re building the largest platform serving U.S. federal contractors, starting in healthcare, and we’re putting together a team in India to help win that work.
You’ll work side by side with a highly experienced U.S. team of leaders who have run federal agencies, led public companies and completed hundreds of acquisitions. Few roles in India give you this kind of direct exposure to senior U.S. decision-makers and real federal bids.
Why join us
- Learn from the best. Work directly with senior U.S. proposal managers, capture leads and executives, not through layers of intermediaries.
- Real work that matters. The bids you help win put veterans, nurses and workers into good jobs and get patients the care they need.
- Grow with us. You’re joining early. As we grow, our first team members will be first in line for senior, lead and management roles.
- Build skills that travel. U.S. federal proposal and contract experience is valued worldwide and hard to get.
- Work remotely, your way. Full-time, part-time and contract options, from anywhere in India.
- Recognition for great work. Strong performers will take on bigger bids, lead their own sections and build their own teams.
Roles we’re hiring for, at every level from fresher to senior
- Proposal Writers: turn technical input and past performance into winning proposal sections
- Proposal and Bid Managers or Coordinators: run schedules, track requirements and drive submissions to deadline
- Compliance Specialists: build compliance matrices and make sure every RFP requirement is answered
- Editors: sharpen clarity, consistency and voice
- Desktop Publishers and Graphic Designers: make proposals look as strong as they read
- Researchers and Capture Analysts: research agencies, competitors and opportunities to find the bids worth winning
- Contract Administrators and Commercial Contracts Specialists: build contract templates, trackers and deliverable schedules that keep every award on track
You’ll thrive here if you have
- Experience in proposal writing, bid management, contracts, editing, publishing, graphics or business research
- Excellent written English and a sharp eye for detail
- Comfort working with a U.S. team, with some overlap with U.S. Eastern hours
- Skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe or similar tools
Strong advantages: RFP or U.S. federal proposal experience, government contracting knowledge, and APMP certification at any level.
You’ll work on unrestricted material; our U.S. team handles controlled information and government systems.
Location: Remote, anywhere globally, with a special welcome to applicants in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Delhi NCR and Mumbai.
