Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Writer, located in Noida. The Proposal Writer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal development process, including analyzing requirements, conducting research, and drafting comprehensive responses to RFPs. The role also involves creating well-structured, compelling content for proposals, ensuring technical accuracy, and collaborating with key stakeholders to meet submission deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear manner will be essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Proposal Writing, RFP analysis, and Proposal Management
- Proficiency in Technical Writing and creating structured, persuasive documentation
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with internal teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Experience with proposal writing in the consulting or professional services sector preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
