Key responsibilities
- Be a partner to Sales by:
- Engaging with Sales through the sales cycle to uncover insights into the potential client’s challenges.
- Creating proposals and pitch decks that accurately capture these challenges and provide the right solution.
- Augmenting the Sales team’s understanding of the solution / product.
- Conducting competitor and industry research and using those insights to make our service propositions better.
- Enhance the client’s buying journey by:
- Attempting to mitigate the client’s problem by proposing the appropriate BSC product and/or solution (through discussions with Technical team).
- Developing tools for engagement strategies (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, capability documents, etc.) throughout the sales cycle, as needed, to help the client perceive BSC as a true partner and collaborator.
- Be an efficient, proactive team member by:
- Predicting Sales’ requirements (through structured, timely discussions with them) and creating templated content for their use.
- Auditing existing collateral and refreshing or deleting it.
- Improving the current operations through innovative ways of working.

- Exceptional written communication, specifically in creating sales enablement content
- Visual storytelling to create engaging and persuasive pitch decks
- Research and analytical skills to carry-out competitor and industry research and derive appropriate insights from it
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and work with cross-functional teams

- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and business needs
- Highly emotionally intelligent; ability to self-regulate to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Minimum 5 years in Sales or Presales roles with some content creation responsibilities

Notes
- 5 years’ experience in sales or presales in any industry (except IT, IT services, BPOs, and KPOs)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any Field
- Proficient in MS Office suite of applications, especially PowerPoint and Word
