Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the position of Proposal & Tendering (Water Project). The role involves managing and writing proposals, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and coordinating the entire proposal process. Daily responsibilities include reviewing tender specifications, preparing comprehensive bid documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary project information. The position also entails efficient communication with stakeholders to ensure timely submission and addressing project-specific needs.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Proposal Management, including preparation, coordination, and delivery of bid documents for water projects.
- Expertise in Proposal Writing and responding to RFPs with a focus on technical and financial compliance.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Experience in Project Management, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources effectively for tender submissions.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for document preparation and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with the water infrastructure sector and related engineering projects is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
