Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Proposal & Tendering (EPC Project) professional, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end proposal and tender processes, interpreting Requests for Proposals (RFPs), collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective bid strategies, and preparing best-in-class proposals. Responsibilities also include maintaining project documentation, coordinating with clients for proposal-related queries, and ensuring timely submissions while meeting quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Proposal Management, Proposal Writing, and interpreting RFP requirements
- Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and tools
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the EPC industry preferred
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
