Bidding / Auction / Proposal Manager is required for a full-time role at Mayaweb.
Role Description:
This role involves managing the end-to-end bidding process, developing compelling proposals, coordinating with internal teams to meet proposal requirements, and researching market opportunities. The selected candidate will ensure that every submission is accurate, competitive, and aligned with the company’s goals.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in creating, managing, and submitting proposals or bids for projects.
2. Strong research skills and the ability to develop strategic insights for competitive submissions.
3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple proposals simultaneously.
4. Strong written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
