Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Proposal Engineer. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for creating accurate and customized proposals, preparing technical specifications, collaborating with the sales team, and liaising with procurement departments. The role also includes incorporating electrical engineering specifications into proposals and ensuring timely and high-quality documentation related to project and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing, with attention to detail in creating technical and commercial project proposals.
- Strong understanding of Electrical Engineering principles and their application to plant design and systems.
- Experience in Sales and client-facing activities, including technical discussions and relationship management.
- Familiarity with Procurement processes and vendor management to ensure smooth sourcing for projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in industrial plant design, oil refineries, or a related industry is an advantage.
