ABC Process Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ABCPSPL), established in 2012, operates in the dairy and food processing sector. The company positions itself as a true turnkey solutions provider, having delivered several dairy plants encompassing processing, packaging, utilities, and complete plant automation for products such as market milk, buttermilk, curd, ghee, paneer, and ice cream.
The company operates two fabrication facilities, one in Anand and another in Ghaziabad, manufacturing process tanks, silos, and various dairy processing modules such as milk reception systems, processing skids, crate washers, butter shredders, and paneer presses.
ABCPSPL remains focused on enhancing dairy processing solutions across all plant capacities, from manual setups to fully automated systems.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Engineer, located in Anand. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals, collaborating with sales teams, designing technical solutions to meet client requirements, and participating in procurement processes. They will work closely with the engineering and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions of project proposals tailored to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare techno-commercial proposals based on client requirements and tender documents.
Analyze RFQs, tender specifications, and drawings for E&I scope.
Perform cost estimation and budgeting for Electrical and Instrumentation systems.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate inputs.
Develop BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and technical documentation.
Identify and evaluate vendors/suppliers for E&I components.
Support the sales team during client discussions and technical clarifications.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (Dairy & Pharma regulations).
Prepare and maintain proposal documentation and records.
Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits, if required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation systems.
Experience in process industries (Dairy/Pharma) is mandatory.
Proficiency in costing, estimation, and proposal preparation.
Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, control systems, and field instrumentation.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, and electrical schematics.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and proposal tools.
Qualifications:
- B.E. in Electrical Engineering
