As a Medical Information Writer, you will be responsible for crafting scientifically accurate and compliant responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders. Your role will involve: Key Responsibilities: ✔ Medical Information Service Delivery: Conduct comprehensive literature searches using databases like Medline to gather technical medical data. Draft, review, and update medical information letters, FAQs, and standard response documents. Ensure responses are concise, scientifically accurate, and compliant with regulatory guidelines. ✔ Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on medical documents to maintain high standards. Ensure adherence to ProPharma SOPs and client-specific requirements. ✔ Regulatory & Compliance: Stay updated with legal and professional guidelines related to medical information in the pharmaceutical industry. Maintain confidentiality and comply with Data Privacy regulations. ✔ Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with medical, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance teams.
