Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area for a Property Valuer. The role involves performing property valuations for real estate assets, preparing detailed appraisal reports, and working closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services. The Property Valuer will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, analyzing trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the valuation process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation methodologies
- Experience working as an Estate Agent and knowledge of real estate market practices
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and produce precise reports
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certification in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills
