Akul Associates is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Property Valuation Finaliser to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Review, verify, and finalize property valuation reports
Handle valuation documentation for residential, commercial, and industrial properties
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely report delivery
Basic Requirements
Good knowledge of computers
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Prior valuation experience of at least 1 year preferred
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
