Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Property Strategist role based in the Pune Division. The Property Strategist will engage in advising clients on real estate investments, identifying and evaluating market opportunities, and creating customized property strategies. Key responsibilities include meeting with clients, conducting market research, coordinating property visits, and negotiating terms of sale while maintaining a deep understanding of clients' needs and goals. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in real estate markets, property management, and related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research and financial analysis
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
- Results-driven mindset and a sharp understanding of sales and marketing practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
