We are hiring dynamic and result-driven sales professionals for our residential real estate projects in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle walk-in clients and generate new leads through networking and follow-ups
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project walkthroughs
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential options
• Drive negotiations and successfully close property sales
• Stay updated on Bengaluru residential market trends and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and internal teams for smooth transaction closure
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Candidate Requirements:
• 2-5 years of sales experience (Residential real estate preferred; mandatory for senior applicants)
• Strong closing ability and target-driven mindset
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Comfortable working on weekends (weekly off on Monday)
• Willing to work on-site and travel within Bangalore (East/ North)
• Must provide documents supporting prior experience
• Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred:
• Familiarity with CRM tools and property listing platforms
• Knowledge of Bengaluru residential real estate market
• Additional language proficiency (Kannada, Hindi, Telugu) is a plus
