Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Gurugram. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, showcasing properties, and assisting customers in making informed purchase or rental decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property tours, following up with prospective buyers, identifying new sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the role requires staying informed about market trends and liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build strong client relationships.
- Sales and marketing skills, including lead generation, client follow-ups, and meeting sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and properties effectively.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, properties, and investment opportunities is an advantage.
- Proficiency in professional tools and technology, such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated approach to achieving sales success.
- Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
