Role Description

AIGig is seeking a part-time Property Sales Specialist for its subsidiery AIAcres.in to join our team remotely in the Greater Bengaluru Area. You will play a pivotal role in managing project listings for builders, identifying and reaching out to potential builders and developers in Bangalore region, engaging clients in meaningful discussions about their needs, and driving their sales. The position involves providing exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and working closely with the needs of builder community. Its a performance based role and you set your own sales targets based on time availability and proficiency in the field.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and team on sales side of builders and developers.
• Proven customer service skills and the ability to address client needs professionally and efficiently
• Experience in sales and a proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Skills in sales management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work independently to meet objectives
• Proficiency in property markets and sales cycles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, is advantageous
