Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Property Sales Associate (Business Development Associate). The role involves identifying potential clients, managing inquiries, and building strong client relationships. The Associate will also conduct site visits, provide property consultations, negotiate deals, and consistently achieve sales targets. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with the team to develop strategies for market penetration and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the real estate market in the NCR region and ability to provide valuable insights and recommendations
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in real estate sales or similar roles is a plus
