Job Description

Stanza Living, a leading name in the student housing sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Manager to join our team in Bangalore. As a Property Manager at Stanza Living, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a high level of service and maintenance for our residents. Your role will be crucial in managing property staff, handling tenant relations, and ensuring the properties are maintained to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our properties, including maintenance, tenant management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and management of properties under Stanza Living.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high tenant satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors for timely repairs and upkeep of the property.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Implement and enforce property policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, including tracking expenses and maintaining financial records.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities and community organizations as needed.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on property performance and any issues that arise.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
