Our Client
Accredited homeowner and condominium management company founded in 2003. The company prides itself on consistently delivering excellence in its services.
We're looking for a Property Manager to support the following activities:
- Day-to-day management of all communities.
- Handle questions and concerns submitted by homeowners by email, phone, text, or through our website/app.
- Coordinate routine maintenance with vendors and contractors.
- Contact vendors to obtain quotes/proposals.
- Process work orders in the system.
- Coding and approving invoices.
- Process and handle complaints from homeowners.
- Prepare and send communication, violation letters, and notices to residents by email, mail, and text.
- Respond to phone calls.
- Handle projects and tasks from the Board of Directors.
- Budget Preparation.
- Review monthly financials.
- Attend Board, Annual & Budget meetings
- Other duties as assigned.
Schedule
Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch)
- Daylight Savings: 07:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mexico City time
- Regular Schedule: 08:00 to 5:00 p.m. Mexico City time
This position is remote, but you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

Minimum Requirements
MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills in writing and speaking).
- At least 2 years of experience in HOA or Community Management.
- Excellent customer service.
- Able to multitask, work independently and work as a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent work ethic.
- CMCA Certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to attend board meetings or emergencies after business hours.
