Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager in Pune City. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Core responsibilities include tenant management, property maintenance coordination, supervising on-site staff, implementing safety and hygiene protocols, and addressing resident concerns promptly and effectively. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to maintain high occupancy rates and deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Property Management: Demonstrated expertise in tenant relations, handling maintenance requests, and supervising on-site staff.
- Operations and Planning: Proven ability in coordinating property operations, overseeing maintenance tasks, and addressing logistical challenges efficiently.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong skills in addressing resident concerns, managing conflicts, and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Organizational and Leadership: Proficiency in managing multiple properties or tasks simultaneously and leading on-site teams effectively.
- Relevant experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in property management software and tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements for housing management is preferred.
