Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Property & Estate Manager to oversee full-spectrum operations of a large-scale food park — spanning tenant relations, lease administration, compliance, maintenance, and financial management.
Qualifications
5-10 years of
- Property Management and Facility Maintenance experience
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of compliance, safety, and quality standards in facility management
Experience with food parks, industrial estates, or large commercial campuses preferred
Strong knowledge of FSSAI, OSHA, and ISO compliance frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing teams and tenants
- Understanding of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
- MBA in operations or facility management preferred
