Property Manager | UniLiv | Delhi NCR
At UniLiv, we are redefining student living by building scalable, experience-driven housing ecosystems across India’s top education hubs. We are seeking a Property Manager who brings a strong hospitality mindset and can take complete ownership of on-ground operations.
This role is designed for individuals from a Hotel Management (HM) or service industry background who thrive in high-responsibility, fast-paced environments.
Role Overview
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations of a property, ensuring seamless service delivery, high resident satisfaction, and efficient team management. You will act as the face of UniLiv at the property level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations with complete ownership
- Ensure exceptional resident experience and service standards
- Manage and lead on-ground staff and vendors
- Handle resident concerns, escalations, and conflict resolution
- Drive occupancy, retention, and operational efficiency
- Maintain discipline, hygiene, and overall property upkeep
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Service Industry
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations or guest handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Ability to handle pressure and manage teams effectively
Compensation & Details
- Location: Delhi NCR (On-site)
- Shift: 12 Hours (Day Operations)
- Salary: INR 25,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
- Employment Type: Full-Time
