Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Morjim, North Goa for a Property Manager at The Social Stays. As a Property Manager, you will oversee daily operations, including managing reservations, ensuring the property is well-maintained, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead and manage the on-site team, handle guest inquiries, monitor property performance, and ensure compliance with company standards. The role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, hospitality management, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills
- Proficiency in property operations, including maintenance coordination and reservations
- Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage budgets, monitor property performance, and optimize operational efficiency
- Experience in hospitality or property management is highly preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in basic computer applications and property management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus
