Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager, located in Dehradun. The Property Manager will oversee daily property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and ensuring accommodation standards are maintained. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, handling tenant inquiries, ensuring timely rent collection, and implementing safety and cleanliness protocols. The role requires effective communication with tenants and staff, problem-solving, and immediate resolution of property-related concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and property management skills, including maintaining cleanliness, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with standards
- Customer service and tenant relations skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and resolve conflicts professionally
- Facility management knowledge with the ability to coordinate maintenance and oversee repairs
- Financial management skills, including handling budgets and ensuring timely rent collection
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with attention to detail
- Proven experience in property management or hospitality services is an advantage
- Degree or certification in hospitality, business management, or equivalent is preferred
