Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Property Manager located in Mumbai, Pune & Jalandhar. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential facilities, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing tenant communication, coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams, supervising staff, addressing client requests, and ensuring property compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves preparing and monitoring budgets, maintaining occupancy levels, and fostering a positive community environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Property Management, Facility Operations, and Vendor Coordination
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and manage Tenant Relations
- Financial Management skills, including Budgeting and Cost Control
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Attention to detail and capacity to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Relevant experience in property or facilities management; basic understanding of high-tech solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field preferred
