Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant management of a commercial property. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, operational, and problem-solving skills with experience in managing commercial real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage overall property operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor management
- Ensure smooth functioning of all facilities and services within the property
- Handle tenant relations, including onboarding, grievance resolution, and regular communication
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely delivery of services
- Monitor and control operational expenses and ensure cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and local authorities
- Supervise facility management teams and ensure high service standards
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and identify maintenance needs
- Maintain records related to AMC contracts, service reports, and operational logs
- Assist in budgeting, reporting, and MIS preparation
Key Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Facilities Management / Engineering / Real Estate)
- 4–5 years of experience in property/facility management (commercial projects preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of vendor management and facility operations
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and resolve issues efficiently
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
Preferred Skills:- Experience in commercial projects (malls, retail complexes, office spaces)
- Basic understanding of MEP systems
- Strong leadership and team handling abilities
